Nowadays, as far as the automotive industry is concerned, most part of laminated glasses is used for windscreens. There is a trend that small volumes of laminated glass are also used for backlights for the high end of the car industry. Traditionally, laminated glasses were made by using sag bending and the enamel was applied at glass surface 4 (inside of the inner glass sheet).
